MaX-Hype Training is a high volume, high frequency, high intensity training program that is perfect for building lean body mass. It’s for Pro Bodybuilders and those that want to look like Pro Bodybuilders! Once you’ve experienced the training and intensity techniques involved in this program your outlook on lifting will be forever changed. You’ll be making gains that you didn’t think were possible this far into your weight lifting journey. It’s not unusual to be sore each and every week with this program. 
We provided this program to over 200 alpha-testers and their transformations were spectacular. This is when the hype began. We then refined the program, released it to the public and the response has been incredible! This program stimulates muscle hypertrophy through every possible mechanism; mechanical tension, metabolic stress and cell swelling. MaX-Hype utilizes advanced and novel training techniques that induce pumps like you’ve never experienced before.

CHRIS ELKINS

This is my personal transformation while running the program from November 6th to March 1st. The first 8 weeks were spent at or around maintenance and the last 8 weeks was in a slight deficit. Body weight has varied from approximately 161 lbs to 154 lbs.

The picture on the left was taken about 5-6 weeks following the last show of my first bodybuilding season. Coming out of prep I wanted to take things nice and slow so that I could have a smooth transition into my offseason. I wasn’t in the right spot mentally, the Holidays came up and me ‘enjoying myself’ turned into my stomach getting the best of me. I ended up gaining +35LBS in 5-6 weeks. As I was transitioning into my off-season I started training with Chris Elkins who introduced me to a program that would later be know as Max-Hype. 

 

Not only do I stand by it, but I recommend it for anyone who is looking to take their training to the next level!
