MAX HYPE TRAINING

Max Hype was created by Natural Pro Bodybuilder, Chris Elkins, and Master of Science & Nutrition, Chris Barakat. The programs were written and developed specifically for muscular hypertrophy. 

Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced lifter, MaX-Hype Training offers the exact training stimulus you need to get the results you want.  

Max Hype addresses every mechanism of muscle hypertrophy by providing stimuli to provide a lot of mechanical tension (via progressive overload, low rep ranges), metabolic stress and cell swelling (skin splitting pumps!) It’s also periodized in an evidence-based manner to maximize your strength progress and derail any chance of hitting a plateau.

MAX HYPE PROGRAMS

Max Hype Training Programs progress from one tier to the next – MaX-Hype 101 and then to MaX-Hype Extreme. As you advance from tier to tier or program to program, you will increase your total training volume through additional exercises within the program, and increased weekly frequency.
