Max Hype was created by Natural Pro Bodybuilders Chris Elkins and Chris Barakat. The programs were written and developed specifically for muscular hypertrophy. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced lifter, MaX-Hype Training offers the exact training stimulus you need to get the results you want.
Max Hype Training Programs progress from one tier to the next – MaX-Hype 101 and then to MaX-Hype Extreme. As you advance from tier to tier or program to program, you will increase your total training volume through additional exercises within the program, and increased weekly frequency. Max Hype addresses every mechanism of muscle hypertrophy by providing stimuli to provide a lot of mechanical tension (via progressive overload, low rep ranges), metabolic stress and cell swelling (skin splitting pumps!) It’s also periodized in an evidence-based manner to maximize your strength progress and derail any chance of hitting a plateau.
